The person in charge of the protection of personal information at HygiePro is the person with the highest authority in the company. Information we collect

• When you request a quote or book a visit: your name, company name, phone number, email, the address of the premises to visit and the service you are interested in.
• When you call us or message us on WhatsApp: the information you choose to share.
• While you browse: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, clicks on contact buttons), without cookies and without identifying visitors.

Why we use it

• To organize the assessment visit and prepare your quote.
• To contact you about your request.
• To follow up on the service if you become a customer.
• To improve the website using anonymous statistics.

We do not sell your information or use it for other purposes without your consent.

Service providers that process your information

• Our customer management tool (hosted by Vercel): stores your quote requests.
• Calendly: displays the calendar and records the booked appointment.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Vercel: website hosting (technical server logs).
• Umami: anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics.
• Google Maps: only if you choose to display the map on the Contact page.

To operate the website, some information is entrusted to service providers, who may only use it to provide that service to us. Some are located outside Quebec, notably in the United States; your information may therefore be stored there and be subject to the laws of those countries. We have assessed that these providers offer adequate protection.

Cookies

The HygiePro website does not set any advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services may set cookies only when you activate them yourself: displaying the Calendly calendar to book a visit, or the Google Maps map on the Contact page.

Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed for the stated purposes, then destroy or anonymize it. For a quote request that did not lead to a contract, this period is at most three years. Access is limited to team members who need it, and exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS).

Your rights

• Access the personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy.
• Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
• Withdraw your consent or request deletion of your information.
• File a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec if you are not satisfied with our response.

To exercise these rights, contact our person in charge of the protection of personal information. We respond within 30 days.

Confidentiality incidents

If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the affected individuals and the Commission d’accès à l’information, as required by law.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
